Powers: Syphon has the ability to increase his physical attributes to high levels when needed. He also can by touching someone disrupt their genetic code and take a peice of their DNA and add it to his own DNA sequence thus gaing some of thier genetic anomalies. He can also discharge a Bio-Electric energy blast. Syphon has increased resistance to physical and magical attacks.
Background: After The Nemesis affect and his powers surfaced Syphon wanted to travel and take the powers of other meta-humans and be all powerful. Along the way the decided he could use his powers for good and so he joined the Freak Brigade.
